Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

We will combine shipping and use flat rate boxes when possible.  We will issue you a refund usually within a week for any overages paid on shipping.  If you want to find out the shipping price before you purchase, we can let you know, but based on how busy we are, it may take a day or two to get the quote.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship to most countries in the world. However at this time, if you are ordering from outside of the US, please contact us first regarding your order and we will create a listing for you. Please make sure to give us your complete address and exactly what you need to order so we can create a quote for you.


 

RETURN POLICY

If the merchandise is defective or there were shipping errors, we will correct the error or you may return the product for a full refund. 

If you need to return merchandise for any other reason, please contact us first for approval.  You would not be refunded any shipping costs*, and there is a restocking fee of 10%.  Any product that has been damaged by the buyer will not be refunded.  *If the item had free shipping, we will still deduct the cost that we paid to ship the item to you.  Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

**Any mylar that is returned opened cannot be refunded (unless the wrong size was sent).**

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

EXCHANGES

We will exchange your purchase for any other items you need.  Please contact us to make arrangements - the exchange must be handled through our office - do not purchase the correct items through our store - if that happens it is considered a return, and not an exchange.  Once we receive the items back from you, we can then ship out your new product.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional product costs over the exchanged amount.

When returning/exchanging items please fill out and include the form below to expedite the exchange.  Just right-click on the form and save the image - then print it out.
